All our items are made to order. Orders are shipped within 3 business Days and may take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive.

Due to the customized nature of the item, we are do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver to you or you' receive a wrong or faulty item.

In this case, please contact us and include the photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days following the reception of your order.

Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days following the day of our written consent.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
